The project is being created in cooperation with developers Penta Real Estate and Sekyra Group, who together bring a new approach to urban living to Smíchov. A residential project with 240 designer apartments in the smart living style is being created in the Na Knížecí location. It responds to the needs of modern urban life and is aimed primarily at young professionals who will appreciate excellent transport accessibility, services in the immediate vicinity and facilities right in the building.
