Flet service

With our FLET service, you can conveniently get a mortgage on the most favourable terms and conditions tailored to your needs:

A wide range of mortgage products in partnership with all the major banks
Special interest rate discounts available exclusively to clients of the project
Concessions in the contract documentation (e.g. an extended deadline for submitting the loan agreement)
Filing of pledge agreements with the Land Registry free of charge

Apartment appraisal free of charge
Handling mortgage agreements and managing all communication with the developer and the Land Registry
Support from the developer in the event of any issues with mortgage approval or drawdown
All FLET services are free of charge – consultations, preparation of documents, communication with the Land Registry and the bank, and overseeing the entire approval process and subsequent drawdown

Please note that the FLET service is only intended for clients who conclude a mortgage contract through it.

A personal mortgage specialist assigned to you will discreetly advise you and prepare a mortgage calculation with any bank.

Within three working days of signing the reservation agreement, you will pay a reservation fee of CZK 100,000 + VAT.
Upon signing the future purchase agreement, you will pay only 20% of the purchase price of the apartment (including the reservation fee).
The remaining part of the purchase price will be paid after the final approval of the building, either from your own funds or through a mortgage loan.
